Overview
Avrist PINTAR (Portal Integrated App for Sales Force) is the app Avrist Assurance's agency force uses for their day-to-day work: recruiting new agents, tracking production, and following up on applications and policies.
Problem
Avrist's earlier agency portal ran on Android only. Agents on iPhone were left out, and every new feature had to be built around an ageing app.
What I built
I rebuilt the agent portal from scratch as a single React Native app for Android and iOS, covering the full working day of an insurance sales agent:
- Dashboard — production figures such as FYP, FYC, case size, and case count
- Family Tree — the agency hierarchy
- Document Tracking — submitted applications (SPAJ) and issued policies
- Scoreboard — sales-force rankings
- Commission Statement
- MDRT and Convention achievements
- Welcome Call — policies the company has not yet reached by phone
- e-Recruitment — bringing new agents on board
After the launch I kept extending the app, including a digital recruitment journey with OCR for ID cards, digital signatures via Privy ID, referral QR codes, and AAJI certificate uploads.
Results
- Live on the App Store and Google Play since 2021, with regular releases ever since.
- 1,000+ installs on Google Play, rated 4.7★ by agents.
- One codebase now serves agents on both Android and iOS.
